Freedom - Restoration  - Discipleship

In Pakistan, families remain trapped in illegal brick-kiln slavery despite laws prohibiting forced labor, with Christian minorities being especially vulnerable. Through local churches, we help secure freedom and provide restoration so families remain free.

Across the United States, Africa, and Asia, we partner with churches to host evangelistic outreaches, crusades, festivals, and discipleship initiatives that strengthen communities and build lasting faith.

WHY IT MATTERS

Freedom without restoration leads to re-enslavement. Restoration without discipleship lacks permanence.

Our model integrates mercy, evangelism, and discipleship to ensure lasting transformation.

Freedom is possible. Generations can be changed.

OUR MISSION

Kingdom Heirs Foundation is dedicated to advancing the gospel of Jesus Christ by addressing both the spiritual and practical needs of communities. Through strategic partnerships with local churches, we merge evangelism with humanitarian outreach—bringing freedom, dignity, and hope to those most in need while combating issues like modern slavery.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to witness cities, nations, and unreached people groups transformed as the Church unites in compassion, evangelism, and discipleship.

Biblical Foundation

Built on the Words of Jesus, Matthew 25 states: "Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭25‬:‭34‬-‭36‬ NIV. This passage underlines the importance of humanitarian outreach and serving those in need, aligning with the principles of discipleship.

The Great Commission calls us to engage in evangelism, as seen in Matthew 28:19: "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”

Moreover, the unity of the Church is essential, emphasizing that despite different denominations, we serve one Lord with one message: "How good and pleasant it is when God’s people dwell in unity!” Psalms 133:1 NIV.

James & Megan have dedicated over two decades to missions, church leadership, evangelism, and compassion ministry. Their journey includes village outreaches in South Africa and Mozambique, large crusades in Zambia, and local outreach efforts in the United States and Uganda. Their hearts are committed to saying “yes” to Jesus and serving the least of these, focusing on issues like modern slavery.

The Kingdom Heirs Foundation was established from a simple conviction: the greatest miracle occurs when churches from diverse denominations unite around the mission of preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

LEADERSHIP & GOVERNANCE

FOUNDER BIO

James Maddalone

Founder, Kingdom Heirs Foundation

James Maddalone is a visionary builder, entrepreneur, and ministry leader with more than 20 years of experience in business development, organizational leadership, and global humanitarian outreach focused on evangelism.

James began building at an early age, assisting with residential construction projects as a child—an experience that sparked a lifelong passion for transforming spaces and strengthening communities. By his early twenties, James and his wife Megan began investing in real estate, successfully renovating and selling multiple homes while building a foundation for long-term entrepreneurship.

Over the past two decades, James has founded, scaled, acquired, and sold multiple businesses, including companies that have achieved national recognition and top-tier industry rankings. He is the founder of PureTree Remodeling, recognized among the Top 500 remodeling companies in the United States, and Maddalone Development, a commercial development firm focused on building community-centered projects.

Under James’s leadership, Maddalone Development has delivered significant civic and faith-based projects, including:

- London Square Plaza, the first retail plaza serving the London area of Corpus Christi

- A 2,000-seat sanctuary for New Life Church in Corpus Christi, Texas

- A 22 Bedroom spiritual Retreat Center in Sandia, Texas

- Kings Plaza, a retail and recreation center developed in partnership with the City of Kingsville, revitalizing the historic Flato School site

These projects reflect James’s ability to manage multiple million dollar projects, complex budgets, lead multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with municipalities, and execute large-scale initiatives with accountability and precision.

James’s professional experience is complemented by a deep theological foundation. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from the Minnesota School of Theology in 2013. For more than 20 years, James has been actively engaged in overseas missions and humanitarian outreach across South Africa, Mozambique, Eswatini (Swaziland), Zambia, Uganda, and now Pakistan, helping to build churches, establish sustainable community projects, organize large-scale gospel crusades, and unify hundreds of churches while supporting local leadership in the fight against modern slavery.

James is known for his integrity, persistence, and disciplined follow-through. His leadership philosophy integrates faith, accountability, and strategic execution—qualities that guide both his business ventures and his ministry work in discipleship.

Through Kingdom Heirs Foundation, James brings the same operational rigor, long-term vision, and stewardship principles that have defined his entrepreneurial career to global evangelism and humanitarian impact.
